Although today is 24-11-2008 already, I want to think back. I have been in Singapore for three days already. I want to visit around to explore the place. But My aim is to be with my brother and sis. We haven’t met over five years, since I left for study in India. They are very looking smart.. indeed smart, especially my youngest sis. She arranged everything for me. My brother is a bit cool and he doesn’t like visiting places. He likes to stay at home. But He supported my sister’s arrangement.
On 20-11-2008 evening, we had dinner at near-by shopping center. Then we watched James Bond’s movie “Quantam of Solace”. The story is not so special. But action sequences are nice. We forgot to breathe. 
My brother was more tired than us as he was actor thoughout the showing time. 
On 22-11-2008, my sis and me went for shopping. In India, I wore shirts and T-shirts after I got fat. My sis is like a model. Believe it or not. I told her that I just want to wear shirts. She can’t accept that. These days, she was so angry to find clothes that suit my body. I put on weight nearly 20 kg more. She thinks I won’t reduce weight if I keep wearing Tshirts and shirts. I said ,I will reduce weight if I get work pressure. My brother scolded me , “you rely on external factors” . Seriously, when she was trying to find suitable dress for me, she actually looked like my mom. She bought 3 dresses and shoe, even earrings. Ok.. After my sis dressed me and we went to Singapore zoo. I noticed that there were Myanmar people wherever we go. Not much special in zoo. But I like rain forest. I saw white tigers, mousedeer, monkey with long nose (forgot name). My brother said a person fell down in the tigers cage and died with injured. I read a news on the flight that those tigers are open to public recently. Luckily, Special was sea lion’s show.
I wrote here onwards on 25-11-2008. Before he was invited the show, small penguins were performed. They are too small. Sea lion’s name is Carol.Carol is really sweet. He can act `saying hi to us’ , `shy (by covering his face with right fins’, `jump out of water and touch the ball with his nose which is around 6-7 feet’, `swimming across the pool with high speed harmony with the music’, ’spin his body’. What is more, at the end of the show, a girl and a boy, a lady and a gentle man were invited to throw circle like thing to him (Carol)’. Carol has to catch that. Humm… such a sweet sea lion. The organizers gave us a message which says that they (sea lions) are in threat by human and to save them.
On sunday (23-11-2008), my bro and sis took me to Sentosa. We took bus to reach Harbor front and rode cable car to reach Sentosa. They bought package tours.If you look at Sentosa map, you may think each place look far. Not very far with each place. The free shuttle is provided in the resort. you have to take ‘yellow, red, blue line’ bus according to yr wish destination.
First, we visited ‘Butterfly park’. What was special for me are 1) leaf butterflies 2) parrot show. Parrots can say hello, `slam mali good’ as some are from Dubai. My sis and I took photo with parrot keeping it on our arms. Another special is they feed butterfly slice of melon putting on the color circle plate. Second, we tried 4G magix pirate show. BTW, this trip was first time for My brother too. My sis was so enjoyed with pirate show. 3) After that we tried CINE BLAST (log ride). What a funny. We entered to CINE hall twice. As we wanted to ride together in a cabin, we waited for the next show. In The next show, because of technical problems, we were forced to ride three times. The show didn’t reach to the end. They reimbursed money back to us.
4) we took LUGE. My sis was really smart and she reached destination first. I was scared , so my brother was after me and giving instructions how to ride. What I remember was to keep aside as the others were behind me. 
5) We rode `Sky Ride`. That was a bit bored. 6) We had lunch in the restaurant near the Butterfly Park. 7) After lunch, We took Tiger sky tower. I thought we would feel dizzy if we took sky tower as the image on the tower are Tiger beer cup and beer bubble. We didn’t feel. The sky tower spin up and down slowly. you can see the whole sentosa in aerial view. I noticed a Myanmar couple was beside us.
After that ride, we went to Dolphin show. Unfortunately, because of the rain, the show was cancelled. 9) Then we proceeded to the `Siloso Beach`. It was near to the closing time of `Underwater world’, we didn’t try flying trapeze’. We couldn’t spend much time in `Underwater world’, although we really wanted. We had to go to the `Song of the Sea’ show. The show was started already. It wasn’t special for me as it is similar to the laser show in Hyderabad lumbani park, India. Only the story and setting were different. But I enjoyed the show. The fish ‘Oscar’ has ability to sing which even can cure and help to regain the power back if one listens.
After the show, we went to giant The merlion. My brother said we can enter inside merlion and up to his head. As the entry was closed already, we just took photos. We took cable car again in return. We were waiting for the bus. No taxi was coming that place. But they believed the bus would come. I really thanked the bus and I noticed the bus driver was a lady. I said `thanks’ heartily to the bus driver this time as we were tired and didn’t know how to go back home if the bus didn’t come.
I have many things to learn from My brother and sis. Wherever we go, they explain me why and how to do. But I have to proceed Myanmar tomorrow. We didn’t visit any place yesterday as my sis and brother has to work in the day time. Yesterday morning (24-11-2008), my sis took ultrasound in clinic. There was a TV showing channel five. We got to know James Bond movie `Die Another Day’ would be air on 6:45 in Channel five. That’s why we decided to stay at room. My friend KMA called me at that time.
I wanted to call a person. My sis reminds and teases me too. But enough is enough. I shouldn’t disturb the other. After all, it was me who was wrong.
I thought of studying while I am staying in Singapore. Unfortunately, I cannot able to use laptop as the plug here uses rectangle. My sis prepared steamed fish for two times. In my mind, I can’t stop appreciate her how she grows up. I need to learn a lot from them although I am the eldest. They are dutiful to family but I didn’t. But they didn’t complaint me anything. They are ambitious but I am not. I spent money a lot but they don’t. Even with recession crisis in Singapore, they keep on sending lots of Money. I wasted a lot of money. Everyone think I am good person. I am not good. They gave semester registration fee as ICCR supports me only stipend (Monthly allowance ) not scholarship (which includes allowance + registration fee) as I completed five years. They (my bro and sis) bought me a laptop. They even supported me flight tickets to go back to Myanmar. Huuh, I need to correct my manners and thoughts.
Last night, I dreamt of Mi-Kyar. In the dream, I cried and told my brother that I forgot to feed her a week. Although they are not with me anymore, I still dream of them sometimes.
She has three siblings and all are female. The eldest died just six months old. The eldest is called “A-wee” and the youngest is called “Pa-kyut”. Mi-kyar is actually brought up by my sister and I took care of “Pa-Kyut”.
A-wee
The name is strange, huh? She has yellow color hair. Before that we read a comic book and in that, a boy called yellow color “awee” mixing with red. In Myanmar, yellow is “awar” and red is “ani”. We felt fun of that and we gave a name to the eldest cat “Awee”.

Awee was too clever and she was beautiful too. She pretended to suck my father’s breast when we asked her to do.

Another thing was before my father goes to work, she greets my father and jump to his body showing “not to go”. My dad said she is clever than all of us. Because all of us wants him to go to work and she didn’t.
Mi-Kyar
When my sis studied her B.E in other town, I took care of her. She lived the longest among her three siblings. Her right eye was lost one festival night in 1994 by the neighbour youths. It took months to cure her injure. Somehow, I feel our unconditional love to her. Even she lost her eye, we still love her so much. We favour her more than our grandpa. Sometimes, our grandpa jealous of her for that.
She liked to have photograph taken. At first, she ran and hided in somewhere. After that, she was seen around us when we were taking photo.
If we requested her often, she gave kiss to us. I took photo of my mom and her when she planted a kiss to my mom’s cheek. I love that photo so much.
Pa-Kyut
When weather was cool, she liked to sleep on my father’s precious TV. We were accustomed to watch TV with her too. All my friends felt annoyed when they watch movie inculding her. 
She used to alerted us by crying when the water was full in the tank When we loaded water, we never wanted to wait beside the switch although it didn’t take 15 mins. She also knew to alert us when her curry was dried or brunt .
She died at her 8 years old on 2002. That time, my sis and me were away from home.

I should record 22-7-2008 as my happy day. I got a check from my youngest sister and my younger brother by post (Singapore). I got Myanmar foods and letters from my parents (Myanmar) through Ashin Ukkamsa. What a lucky day!!!
